Pre Production

A videographer will arrive early to the wedding venue to capture drone footage if permitted and set up equipment, including cameras, gimbals, tripods, lighting, audio etc. Despite the amount of equipment we sometimes use, we are discrete and let the day unfold naturally.

Occasionally, we may direct some movements or actions when you pose for photographs after your ceremony. We aim to compliment your chosen photographer and communicate effectively with them.

We carefully review your wedding itinerary alongside any specific requests you may have. You provide us with a detailed itinerary if possible and arrange a Zoom call with us a month or more before your wedding day so that we can be fully aligned.

We also coordinate with your photographers and any other relevant suppliers to ensure that we all are in sync on the day. If the location allows we will scout the venue prior to the day and create a shot list at our own discretion.

Post Production

Delivery Of Final Films

After the post-production process is complete, the final wedding videos are ready to be delivered to you! The delivery process typically involves uploading the videos to an online cloud storage service. You will receive an email from us with a link to download your files.

We will make sure that the final video format is suitable for your needs and preferences. The next course of action is entirely up to you. You may opt to watch the video privately with your partner, or you can make it an event by inviting friends and family over for the official premiere!

The post-production process involves several stages that are necessary for creating a polished and cohesive final wedding video. Firstly, we ingest and organise the RAW footage.

Next, we synchronise the recorded audio with the footage and carefully select the best shots to tell a coherent story. We then purchase licensed music, design the sound, colour correct, colour grade, add any necessary graphics or effects and finally, export the video at it's highest quality.
